With dedicated 48V Jet Thruster battery bank can be seamlessly charged from a 12V or 24V service bank using the Mastervolt Mac Plus step-up charger. This intelligent charger automatically activates to charge the 48V bank whenever the engine is running or when your 12V or 24V service system is being charged via the onboard battery charger. With this smart step-up solution, integrating a 48V battery bank into your existing electrical system is simple and hassle-free.

If you wish to purchase a new pump to replace a damaged unit:

Please note that we no longer offer this motor in a 24V version. As a result, the existing battery bank setup must be adjusted.

Holland Marine Parts has always recommended using four batteries, even for the 24V JT70 system. However, instead of using two parallel 12V sets, you will now need to configure the four batteries in series to create a 48V bank suitable for the 48V DC motor.

The control circuits will remain on 12V, but the motor’s power circuit will shift from 24V to 48V in this case.

To keep the 48V battery bank properly charged, you will also need to use the Mastervolt Step-Up Charger.
